My family and I love going here. We are basically regulars at the point. We recently had a large party and Amy, our waitress, was AMAZING! Even with our large party she was able to keep up with our needs, was very attentive, and super friendly. She always serviced with a smile and was on top of everything we ordered. The banchan is always fresh and I’m always ordering extra. I love the steamed egg and the stews! My all time favorite and I always order it whenever we go. The meat quality is really good. Everyone there is very sweet. We love oh la la!

Visiting from Houston and wanted our first Korean BBQ meal to be from here. The reviews and pictures were great advertisement. Where do we begin, portions were huge, the employees were so friendly and welcoming. The flavor of the food was worth more than the 5 stars allowed. We had a great experience at our first Korean BBQ restaurant. This place deserves nothing but 5 star reviews. We come here EVERY time we visit San Antonio. Thank you for such an enjoyable meal.

After work, I was craving something new and decided to give Ooh La La a try—Korean BBQ has been on my foodie bucket list for a while. We ordered the Cajun Chicken, Hawaiian Beef, cheese fries, and a Korean hot dog, and honestly, I enjoyed every bite. By the end of the meal, I felt like I needed to be rolled out of the restaurant—definitely came hungry and left happy. From the moment we stepped in, the lively atmosphere and enticing aroma of grilling meats set the tone for a fantastic meal. But the true highlight of the evening was Jay, our server, whose warm personality and exceptional attention to detail made our visit unforgettable. We ordered Cajun shrimp, fried chicken, Cajun chicken, shrimp tempura, and a few sides. We The Cajun shrimp was a standout, perfectly spiced and we cooked it to perfection. The fried chicken was crispy, golden, and addictive, while the Cajun chicken brought a smoky heat that was deeply satisfying. The shrimp tempura was light, airy, and a delightful complement to the meal. Unfortunately, the spicy cold noodle didn’t quite hit the mark for me. While it had a refreshing texture and a kick of spice, the flavors didn’t come together in a way that matched the rest of the stellar dishes. That said, the other sides—like the kimchi pancake, steamed egg, and japchae—more than made up for it, rounding out the meal with vibrant, authentic Korean flavors. Jay’s attentive service truly elevated the experience. She ensured our grill was always in top shape, offered helpful tips on how to best cook the meats, and was always ready with a smile and quick refills of our sides. Her expertise and kindness made us feel like VIPs. Ooh La La Korean BBQ is a must-visit for food lovers seeking bold flavors and a hands-on dining experience. While the spicy cold noodle wasn’t to my taste, everything else was absolutely delicious, and Jay’s impeccable service sealed the deal. I’ll definitely be back again.

This was my first visit, and I opted for the premium all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ. Even for those who prefer not to eat meat, there is a wide variety of delicious options available. What sets this experience apart is not only the quality of the food but also the thoughtful policy of not charging guests for any food left behind. The service was exceptional, with staff members Adrian and Mariana providing friendly and attentive care throughout the meal.

it was my first time trying KBBQ. Our server Linnea was so attentive and amazing! The food was so delicious too! Hawaiian beef was amazing 10/10.

The people here are so sweet! The host was the sweetest host I’ve met in a while! The food was all you can eat which was a surprise! The prices are not bad at all! We did a few different meats and sides.. the beef bulgogi was my favorite! You get a good amount of meat each round. You can jump different price tiers with a 5 difference. definitely be coming back

I went to this place when it was still Hon Machi. Hon Machi was amazing but went down in quality over the years until it was virtually unvisitable. It was really unfortunate. These new owners though have brought the place back to life in a way I wasn't actually sure was possible. It was cleaner, more organized, the waiters were friendly and kind, and the food was so, so good. AJ was an incredible waiter and we really appreciated all of his attentiveness and kindness as he ran us through the menu and helped get all our food out expeditiously. Honestly would recommend anyone to go if they want good kbbq and nice waitstaff. The music is also just quiet enough to actually talk and not yell to hear each other.
